How are we shipping the cards?
Hey there!
I want to make sure that the product you ordered reaches its new home 🏡I make sure to print and pack your card as soon as I am able to. I am based in Toronto, Canada.
How long will shipping take?
Lettermail (no tracking):
Within Canada, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.
To the US, you will receive your order within 5-8 business days.
Lettermail is either free or for a $1.50 on top depending on how many items were purchased.
Parcel (with tracking):
I ship with Chit Chats, an affordable and reliable shipping solution trusted by many small businesses. When you choose this method, you will be able to track your passages, no problem. They also offer faster delivering times!
Within Canada, you will receive your order within 2-8 business days.
To the US, you will receive your order within 3-6 business days.
Internationally (I have, at the moment, only opened shipping to Asia), and this may take 7-15 business days depending on where you are.
Return Address
If in any situation you would like to return your item, you can mail it back to my P.O. box and make sure to contact me as well.
